  5. PayPal account out of funds:
    Ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your PayPal account if PayPal is your chosen payment method.

Our aim is to guarantee a satisfactory customer experience, which is why our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of delivery.

You can return or exchange Regular Orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Customer would be liable to pay for the return postage.

You can go through our size chart to know your size. Still if you have any problems regarding the size, no worries. You can leave us a message that you’re unsure about the size here and our support agent will assist you in getting a perfectly fitted product.

If you're uncertain about your measurements, you can select "Customise" and proceed with the order.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you for your measurements and will help you in obtaining your accurate measurements.

To avoid any unwelcome surprises, it's advisable to reach out to your local customs office beforehand for the current charges. That way, you're well-prepared before placing your order.

These charges fall on the recipient of the parcel, whether you're a retail customer or buying in bulk.

Keep in mind, Prime Leather Shop has no say in these charges. Customs policies and import duties fluctuate greatly across different countries.

Customisation

Absolutely! We offer customization for virtually any type of jacket.

Feel free to provide a image or design for reference, and describe your desired jacket in the Custom Order Form.

We completely understand your concerns regarding sizing, design, and the quality of your custom order. To ensure that we meet your expectations, we've invested significant effort in refining our processes.

Sizing:
When you place a custom order, our customer service agent will request your body measurements. Please consult our sizing guide to accurately measure your body. By providing precise measurements, we minimize the possibility of sizing errors.

Design & Quality:
Solution: Prior to shipping your order, we provide you with pictures of the actual product. This allows you to review the design, materials, and stitching before we send it out. This step helps mitigate any potential issues regarding design and quality.

  • Natural Waist: Measure the natural waist circumference using measuring tape.
  • Lower Waist: Measure the lower waist circumference. Measure it as per the waistline as per the image.
  • Hip: Measure the hips circumference and allow 2-3cms additional to avoid issues.
  • Sleeves: Measure the sleeves length from the shoulder bone to the wrist bone.
  • Biceps: Measure the biceps circumference
  • Sleeves Cuff: Sleeve cuffs please add 1-2cms additional to avoid issues.
  • Shoulder: Stand straight and hands down to measure from edge of the shoulder from left to right as per image shown.
  • Deltoid: Measure circumference of the deltoid muscle as per the image.
  • Total Length: Measure the length from the back by standing straight as per the image.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, there are no charges for quotation, discussion, or even getting an illustration made for your custom jacket.

The only time we would charge you is when you make an actual purchase of your custom order.

With our extensive expertise, we've crafted jackets from over 100 distinct leather articles, each distinguished by its type, pattern, color, shade, and thickness.

We aim to focus on delivering high-quality leather materials and emphasizes their experience and versatility in crafting jackets from a wide range of leather types and variations.

As our utmost strength is in Leather apparels but we also stitched wool jackets for our customers.

We're dedicated to ensuring that your jacket is perfect from the outset.

To achieve this, we share actual pictures of your custom order before sending it out, reducing the likelihood of returns.
However, if your custom order doesn't fit quite right, we offer the first alteration free of charge.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the jacket back to us.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on custom orders.

We hope you understand that each custom order is meticulously crafted according to your preferences, including style, material, and accessories, making it unique to you. As a result, we are unable to resell it to another customer
