Return & Refund Policy

General Return & Exchange

We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery

You can return or exchange nearly all items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Upon receiving the product and inspecting your return (typically within 72 hours), your exchange order will be swiftly processed and delivered within the next 10 business days. 

The customer is also entitled for return/exchange in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

We provide one free exchange of size on all orders free of cost - if there is any size issue.

For any exchange, the customer is liable to pay for the return postage.

Sale  or Clearance items will not exchanged and returned as they have already been sold on the discounted price.

    General Refund

    We provide full refund if the product has some defect, product is tempered or damaged in shipping. We do not provide refund for the change of mind of the customer.

    • All refunds request processed within 7 business days once we received the product in its original condition.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, with processing times ranging from 15 to 20 business days based on the payment method used.
    • Made-to-measure or other customized orders can only be returned for alternation / exchange only.
    • Returned item should be unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged  and should be in a resell able condition
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that do not meet these criteria.

    • We exchange the size free of cost if there is any fitting issue.
    • Any damage or faulty product would be exchanged free of cost.
    • In the case of a change of mind by the customer, the product would not be exchange or returned.
    • Clearance or discounted products are not eligible for an exchange
    • Customised orders are not eligible for refund. They can only be exchanged free of charge. As they are only made for you.
